ESSER III Plan:

1. Technology - Purchase computers and tablets for all students. Update our school website and add a school app to better communicate and keep students, parents, and community members up to date with LDNE information.

2. Mental Health – Hire an additional counselor for the district.

3. Renewal and Acceleration – Continue to build and support our MTSS system to support the learning of all students, but especially those low-income, children with disabilities, EL learners, racial and ethnic minorities, and children and youth in foster care. We will evaluate and update our ELA and Math core curriculum and interventions through PD and the MTSS process. We will purchase evidence-based ELA Curriculum, Math curriculum and interventions that support our learning goals district-wide. Hire additional staff to minimize class sizes and student/teacher ratio.
