February is National Random Acts of Kindness Month. LDNE elementary students were encouraged to perform kind acts during the month. Chloe Boden and Beckett Miller were recognized for truly taking this to heart and completing multiple acts of kindness. A shout out goes to all of the students who had their names posted on the kindness wall. #BeKind

1st year preschoolers celebrated their 100th day of school today! We made snacks with 100 pieces, did lots of counting, and had our families join for some fun activities this afternoon!

This year LDNE elementary will celebrate Read Across America with a theme of "Use Your Imagination". We will start the celebration Friday, February 28th with a fun Elementary Assembly in the afternoon. March 3rd-5th will include the attached special theme days. Students are encouraged to read at home Thursday and Friday to receive a special prize.
